Propose

Usage:

eosc forum propose [proposer] [proposal_name] [title] [proposal_expiration_date] [flags]

Flags:

      --content string   Markdown 'content' to be injected in the JSON (whether you propose a --json or not).
      --json string      Proposal JSON body.
      --type type        The JSON schema of the proposal, set as a type in the JSON payload - defaults to `bps-proposal-v1`. (default "bps-proposal-v1")
